SKY BLUE FC ANNOUNCES CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP WITH iSPORT360, INC.

Tinton Falls, N.J. (Tuesday, June 28, 2016) – Sky Blue FC (3-3-4, 13 points) of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) announced today that it has created a corporate partnership with iSport360, Inc., which is an early stage youth sports software company. As part of the relationship, Sky Blue FC will welcome iSport360 to Yurcak Field when the team hosts the Houston Dash on Saturday, July 9th.

“We are pleased to enter this corporate partnership with iSport360,” said Tony Novo, Sky Blue FC President & General Manager. “iSport360 has a loyal following of engaged parents, coaches and young athletes who are passionate about working together to achieve success in their sport. From that perspective, we both share a very similar target market, making this partnership ideal for both of our groups.”

iSport360, Inc. is a SportsTech venture whose app allows coaches to share objective feedback with parents and players. The iSport360 app provides coaches and parents with age and gender-specific goals, a player assessment feature and tools to run fair and objective tryouts. Founder and CEO Ian Goldberg is a New Jersey native, a sports dad and a coach on a crusade to improve the youth sports experience for coaches, parents and most importantly the young athletes.

“At iSport360, our app and newsletter reinforce that when parents and coaches work together, they create an amazing experience for their young athletes; and who better to help spread the word than the women of Sky Blue FC,” Goldberg stated. “In the last 15 years, the youth sports experience has become over-stressed, over-commercialized, over-politicized, and that is why it is a pressure cooker on the sidelines of games. But research shows that when coaches and parents set realistic goals and share objective feedback on their players, adult emotions stay in check, and kids can focus on just having fun.”

Coaches can try the iSport360 app for free at iSport360.com.  Additionally, sport parents and coaches can sign up for an informative and at times humorous sports parenting newsletter at the company website.

Next up for Sky Blue FC is a road fixture with Portland Thorns FC this Saturday, July 2nd, and the team will return to Yurcak Field on Saturday, July 9th, to host the Houston Dash. Kickoff for that match is set for 7:00 p.m., and tickets are available now.

Half-season, flex and individual tickets for Sky Blue FC are all on sale! For any questions regarding tickets, call the Sky Blue FC tickets department at 888-SBFC-TIX (888-723-2849), and a team representative will be happy to assist you.
